Yet another amazing course/workout by Taco, Anna, and Cavemantraining. I love having the warm-up and cool-down included in this follow-along content, and I absolutely enjoyed the amazing details the team gives those that are participating. The options to either watch the entire, uninterrupted video, or to attack the workout piece by piece, allows those that are participating the flexibility to get exactly what they need out of the workout in their own unique way. Finally, the workout itself is likely to become a staple in my regular routine. An awesome grinding workout with these four exercises is just what I need to slow down, focus on the fundamentals, and work on my technique. I love that, regardless of the workout being a goal to get AMRAP, Taco and Anna give us guidelines of how long each repetition should take. That too allows us to ensure that we are taking the appropriate amount of time under tension and not rushing the movement for the sake of "points". Thanks again for a great session and content.
