3D Coat: Smart masks, smart materials

mir hat gut gefallen dass ich sehr viel über Smart Materials in 43 Coat erfahren habe. Ich denke ich habe einen guten Überblick bekommen. Trotzdem hätte ich für eine anschließende Texturierung eines Models etwas mehr Konzeption erwartet. Mit hätte gefallen, dass man mit Smart-Shadern versucht hätte einen gewissen Look zu erreichen und nicht einfach herumspielen bis etwas herauskommt, mit dem man zufrieden ist. Die anschließende Präsentation des Rendering in Maya hätte auch ansprechender gestaltet werden können.

It provided a lot of information that I otherwise would probably have missed altogether. A good course but the Maya Arnold part was a waste of time. Still I found the course overall very good. Thank you.

I wish I had watched this before going on YouTube and learning from different creators. I have a clear understanding of the main part of 3d Coat for me. UV editing and smart materials.

I like because my memory is not like it once was, to view the videos through to get a feel for whats coming and found this easy to handle doing that, I'm not going to be bored going over this a number of time ( which I will need to do ) I can se I'm going to enjoy picking up the gems in this series. If I had a dream I think it would be having Scott do a go to wo series building an item making the _high _low etc thought export in 3D Coat. nough said I enjoyed the pace of this, great for an ole geezzer like me

Could to be useful to leave the model have been worked on for download, so students may try to follow the steps achieving a similar result. Only a suggestion, of course! :) In fact I'am very satisfact with the lectures. Thanks.

Explains shaders so far so well. i have watched several of his tutorials and starting to do my own work now because of him. He does a great job overall.

This course seemed slow to get going, but the depth and explanation of the important aspects of 3d coat smart materials is absolutely awesome! I am very impressed with this course and I recommend it highly. There is certainly more than meets the eye in this course, and also 3D Coat! The course thumbnail does not really convey what the course is about, its about smart materials, PBR materials.

Great tutorial on the smart materials a paint tools. Didn't realize 3D-Coat had this much painting potential. With smart material I can bring more life into what I make
