I was expecting more practical tips like currency exchange recommendations, travel healthcare plans, or what kind of medication to bring with you in case of emergencies. There is only so much knowledge you can share without promoting your own preferred products and services. Options are important of course. Unfortunately, an overly ambiguous lecture on how to enjoy a trip without landing actually practical tips was definitely not what I was hoping for.

It is good infotmation fot people that havnt travel or travel a little, the title is correct but maybe for experience travelers there isnt something new, the audio in some chapters have some noice that distract a little.

My opinion is: this course is as obvious as it is right and spot on. I feel to be like the teacher, when I go abroad I like to enjoy a lot, not to rest. So, thank you for all the suggestions about how to be healty and spry. I love to spend time with local people, moving among them but also talking with thme, and the way to do that can't be programmed prevously in detail. But you can read or ask previously something about local people and their habits, to find them quickier. The same, if you are going to walk a lot but you are not used to it, you'd better exercise before leaving. At least a bit. My only suggestion is to add to this course a chapter about the preparation to the trip: planning (with a lot of free time) the points to visit and everythig else can be done to have less problems and more enjoyable time during the holiday. Like the teacher, I suggest not to go to the same place again (the world is so big!) so avoid to return home without having done everything you think is important for you to do or see in that place
