    I really enjoyed this course! Dr. O'Hare explained everything very clearly. He built up a great foundation leading to the breathing exercise to be able to understand how the autonomous system works in conjunction with the sympathetic and parasympathetic. Really worth it and the visuals were great too.

    This is a down to earth course but also the best course I have come across on Udemy. Truly useful for whoever wants to get rid of stress in their life. He starts with the basics and explain the reasons we need to balance the Autonomic nervous system in a very easy to understand way that even kids can understand. Thanks so much for your contribution and for the goodness you are delivering to humanity. I just wonder why this is not the best seller on udemy because the forces of evils are still dominating out there i guess. However, there is hope on the horizon and soon people will realize the effect stress have on their lives and seek solutions, then you will see people flocking to this type of courses. Thanks again and keep up the good work.

    This course has helped me understand the concept of heart rate coherence and how simple breathing exercises can facilitate this coherence. I also have acquired a much better understanding of how to use my Heart Rate + app which I had purchased just before doing this course. I would highly recommend this course to anyone interested in learning how to use breathing to manage stress, improve health and their well being.

    This has taught me so much. I have been practicing and I truly notice the difference. Calmer, more at peace and more in balance. I have been reading a lot about the autonomic nervous system. This on line course and follow up breathing practice (3x a day) just solidifies everything for me. Thank you Dr. O'Hare along with my integrative medicine doctor in Montreal, who suggested I consider 365. Health is in our hands!

    Thorough. Answered all my questions.As a long time meditator I often wondered about the effect of prolonged slow breathing (3 or so breaths per minute) on health - I now appreciate that for truth health effects I can save HOURS of meditation and use technology - I like that!
