Great basic information, however I didn't realize it was a beginners or early profession course. Still learned some elements of the 360 feedback process but would have preferred to go into more details on some areas.

The course is theory-based without any particular examples or specifics. Some materials occur again after being already discussed. In the end of the course something happened to the recordings, it is interrupted several times in the middle of a sentence and jumps to the next lesson. The course provides the very basic overview of the process.

It’s obvious that the computer is just reading off the slides. You don’t really have a human being teaching the course.
