Good course that explained some things that I did not know the terminology for (i.e., eustress, distress, etc.). Most of the information I already knew, but there were tidbits of very good information. As others stated, the loud background music does take away from the course content. In addition, it would be nice for you to include some additional examples. For example, you provided examples for each of the different types of desires, but did not provide examples of each of the different types of worries (you only provided two). That would be a very nice addition. Thank you!

This is not really about stress management, a few better ways to improve the video would be to do the following: 1. Re-do the video without the background music. 2. Ensure every slide is at least 5 mins. 3. Don't let every slide end with a signature. 4. Have images in your slides.

Just in my opinion, I thought it would of been more professional. It was nice if you know nothing, but advanced might find it a little boring. I won't say I hated it, but I was hoping for a more advanced program.
