The content is applicable to the current employment environment and not a dated rehash of old-school techniques. The instructor covers all phases of the interview process in a concise and easy to understand manner. I helped me eliminate the usual stress associated with interviews and increase my confidence in the process. Well worth it.

I particularly liked the section on selling yourself. This aspect of interviewing can be off-putting for many, but Phil, with his example of my situation (being called for interview) convinced me that this is the one time I need to sell myself. It is like a warm lead to a salesman. The interview panel are already interested in me (the product) and now they just need to be convinced to make the purchase. I'm the only one who can sell me. So I'm convinced and I'll definitely be selling me at my interview in 4 days' time.

A comprehensive coverage of the interview technique. I am, however using this course for an exam I wish to undertake and have found quite a few points I can include. Although this course is directed at an initial job interview, I believe it can be used in a variety of scenarios. I often get asked the question 'what is your role in the company' and know this is a chance to 'sell' myself and gain respect in the organisation.

I found this course to be very helpful, as I have not had to be interviewed in 15+ years. The course has some key points that you subconsciously may know and Phil has a way of bringing them forward... Phil, I especially liked the steps for preparation and who does not like to break glass... Thank you.

This logically coherent course effectively and simply pulls together the key concepts required to feel prepared and confident. It would be perfect for people just starting out and is a timely reminder to reconsider some of the bad habits that may have crept into your approach over the years. The course was well paced and engaging and I was impressed at the suggestions for what you should do if you don't get the role - that aspect is generally not discussed. Thank you Phil - I would recommend this course to others.

Thanks Phill, I am somebody who has been in full time employment for over 35 years. All previous job changes have been easy as I was either asked to join a new company or walked straight into a new role using my industry contacts. However after a recent redundancy I am now actively seeking new employment, along with many of my current and previous work colleagues. It is a new world out there and your course has made me aware of the expectations of the modern interviewing panel and given me the skills and techniques to be successful once my time to "sell' myself comes along.

I have attended a course that Phill ran a while ago and was really pleased to see he now has online courses. I was recently made redundant and looking for jobs and attending interviews can be quite daunting for me. After completing this course Phill has opened my eyes to how I really should be positioning myself (I am the solution!) and he has added some great tips on getting me to be more confident.
