The course was interesting but in the first part the meditations were just silence, not helpful. Second part good, not high quality sound,but ok.

The first part of the course for those with minimal knowledge of meditation is a complete waste of time. video with 12 words stretched out for 20 minutes. quite embarrassing. If going forward I find a minimally useful content I will change my opinion.
