I left a 5 star rating on this course because it was a great at home workout. It was easy to do and understand. I can honestly say that I burned more calories and actually sweated more doing these workouts than I did at the gym. I will definitely recommend this to others that want to conquer their fitness goals.

This course so far so good for beginners. I have about 100 lbs to lose and a lot of workouts say beginner but really aren't. I was able to follow along easily and just get moving. I used to be into fitness and honestly it's hard to get started with 100 lbs of extra weight. I appreciate that this course is designed for people like me who need to start somewhere and not be intimidated by how fast paced other workouts are.

I bought the course today and I making the review today. I have not done anything yet but I browsed through the course and I am already excited to begin doing the exercises. I have never experienced a fitness program that made me feel empowered from the start! This program is well thought out and easy to follow along. Great information. Each video is easy to follow along with and the guides are very informative. A few typos in the lesson but hey nobody’s perfect. Love Chan and Minha they did a great job with this program.
