I enjoyed the course. It provided valuable insights on the role of 4 hormones, their relationship to eating especially carbohydrates, and the role of protein. Some of the suggestions were interesting but not practical because of different work schedules. The exercises seem well thought out but several of them required access to a gym to be performed. I have asked about alternatives to several of them (that require a gym). Overall, the course materials will provide an excellent reference source as I begin to review the material and begin the exercises.

Great course! This is more than a basic ab course. Tim goes into great detail on how to trim up your waistline by manipulating certain hormones, avoiding common breakfast foods, what foods to eat for building abs and a six pack ab workout plan anyone can do.
