May 18, 2020
Very informative and helpful for preparing a federal-geared resume!! Katherine is super knowledgable on the subject!
May 13, 2020
Kathryn gave more in-depth insights into resumes than I have ever seen before. She really knows her stuff!
May 12, 2020
Just started with the course and I can already tell I am going to be using it as a reference as I fine tune my resume for specific job announcements.
May 11, 2020
This course and its instructor does a superb job of taking a very complicated process and breaking it down into simple steps that will certainly benefit even a seasoned professional applying for a Federal Job. With the dramatic increase in numbers of unemployment in the private sector with a large increase in public sector employment this is a MUST WATCH lesson if you plan to be successful in landing a great public sector job. I look forward to more videos by this instructor around similar content. She is a pro and I can see why she is the go to authority in resume writing!!!
May 11, 2020
The course shows a very interesting mix of possible job transitions, and walks you through the job search step-by-step. I like the extensive info and training.
May 11, 2020
I find it very easy to follow along with Kathryn Troutman, it feels like we are sitting down together to do my resume and I have someone in my corner explaining everything to me. She is well-prepared and really knows her stuff!
May 11, 2020
My name is Lloyd! I am glad to have this course. Especially, in a time of Covid -19. Ms.Kathryn and Sir Tim have taught me so much more about applying for federal jobs. I feel well equipped for applying for jobs in today's new market. And Ms.Kathryn has inspired me to teach on Udemy! I will be doing the same with a creative production course. Thank you both for the inspiration!
May 7, 2020
This is the basic 101 of resume development so far. Looking forward to more of a deeper dive for technical CVs (e.g., software engineering, IT technician); developer / technology community advocate; and public relations for technical organizations and agencies (e.g., DOE; NIH; Microsoft, Apple). Thanks so much.
May 4, 2020
Yes. I loved the practical tutorial showing how to match key words from the job announcement with the resume.
May 4, 2020
So much useful information in a bite-size format. Kathryn Troutman is very knowledgeable in the subject matter and she is doing a great job teaching you step by step by using examples and talking it through so you can follow along with what she is teaching.
May 2, 2020
This course contains a wide variety of videos covering very specific topics job-seekers are interested in. I was really impressed it even had a video dedicated to federal jobs created to deal with COVID! It seems like creators of the course anticipated my questions. Just as I was thinking, 'But what about...' (e.g. cover letters, admittedly not my strong point) scrolling through the list of videos, I found the perfect video for that!
April 27, 2020
Excellent course. Kathryn is a true expert, very clear and upbeat. TJ covers all the bases with lots of insights. I really learned a lot and enjoyed the experience.
April 27, 2020
its very important skill who put the best effect on interviewer and also increase the opportunity to get a perfect job.
